The current meltdown in the   mortgage industry has devastated the real estate market. The trend shows no  signs of improvement in the near future as most Real Estate professionals look for an alternative income.  San Jose, CA,May 25, 2008

There has been an unprecedented meltdown  in the Real Estate market that has never been seen before in the history of our country.  So it follows that this occurrence has literally devastated not only frustrated Realtors and Brokers but has changed the whole look of the real estate industry.   To say the least most Real Estate Professionals are frustrated  and disappointed after working longer hours trying to find more opportunities in business and end up making less money. The housing market (and prices) continue to fall and with these falling prices there is an added issue of the bank’s changing the game while providing eve moving guidelines for buyers to obtain funding.

It is not surprising that this situation is causing many Realtors and Mortgage Brokers to go in search of a new ways to earn a living and seeking out unconventional business opportunities.

The Real Estate Professionals who stay in the game continue to fight for every last listing as property sales  continue to drop. The times have changed and the outlook seems to be that the turnaround will be much longer, which in most cases many real estate professionals will probably not survive this storm.  Total home sales are at their lowest levels since the National Association of Realtors started tracking the numbers and current housing inventory is now the worst ever on record!

As these trends continue, many real estate professionals, mortgage lenders and title company employees look to new horizons to  replace their incomes. Many are finding fantastic online business opportunities which allow them to live their dream to ‘work from home’ while making money and creating wealth for themselves and others.

Thousands of Real Estate Professionals have discovered the Online Marketing Arena and online businesses as an alternative to their current profession.   These business opportunities are a unique fit for the already successful Realtor Professionals and Financial Professionals who want to earn unlimited income that is unaffected by these unfortunate economic conditions.

Even though these Real Estate professionals have “worked” for companies they have in a sense been entrepreneurs.  This is a key quality for people to possess to be successful in online marketing.  There are many business talents that will transfer quite well for these professionals into the online business world.

There are so many opportunities available online that it is key for the new internet marketer to research the different business opportunities and look for something that resonates with them.  The next step will be to find a mentor who has been successful and is willing to coach and mentor this new marketer.  This will be a key factor in jump starting their business.
